Magic 2014 Chandra Spoiler True-or-False

In the most recent Magic Spoiler post there is a true or false Chandra. Because I know how much you like these, I made it into a Spoiler True-or-false post.

Name: Chandra, Flamebringer
CMC: 3
-1: Put 3/1 red elemental creature token with haste and trample onto the battlefield. Sacrifice it at the beginning of the next step.
-2: Destroy target land.
0: Chandra, Flamebringer deals 1 damage to target creature or player.
She has no + abilities and only 3 loyalty so that is very skeptical, but who knows she could be real.

Peoples' reactions on Magic Spoiler:
hooh-"if they bring back proliferate i will be happy with this being real."

JACEMS-"usually with planewalkers with no + abilities they have a really good - ability but all of her abilities suck for not being able to keep her alive very easily."

Gadjilitron-"I'm going with fake, for the simple reason that the only other planeswalker we've seen with no + abilities (Sarkhan the Mad), and the order of planeswalker abilities in general, would put the 0 at the top above the -1 and -2. That, and if you look closely at her -1, it says 'Put 3/1 red elemental...', not 'Put a 3/1 red elemental...'. I'd be very doubtful mistakes like that would make it onto the card."

PedroAPS-"Fake. Chandra's number will be something around 134, 136. It's written 2XX (I guess it's 253). Not even close."
